Consultations –We offer consultations if you’d like an action plan on how to get your home ready for sale but prefer to do the work yourself. We will come to your home and spend and hour to an hour-and-a-half touring your home and making notes of what changes should be made to properly stage your home. We will create a plan to play up the positive features of your home as well as eliminating or de-emphasizing trouble areas. This plan will be presented to you as an itemized and prioritized list within 24 hours of the consultation.

Hands-On-Staging – This is taking the Consultation to the next level. We will actually stage your home room by room. We will do this in a variety of ways including furniture and accessory placement, clutter elimination and organization.

Free Estimates – We would be happy to come to your home and give you an estimate of the time that would be required for us to thoroughly stage your home.

Digital Photo Packages – Potential buyers may decide they don’t want to buy your home before they even see if in person. These days, with so many people house shopping on the internet, the pictures of your home that you choose to display are of the utmost importance. Let us take those pictures with a special eye for playing up the focal points in your home.
